What does PRE-ORDER and ON HAND mean?
Pre-Order bags as those that are Made to Order. Wear & Bare personally handicrafts the bags for you and we only have a couple of sewers to make the Rucksacks. This usually takes 1-3 weeks. So when we say that the item is for PRE-ORDER, please take note that you must settle full payment first for us to make your order.
On hand orders are those that are ready for shipping.
Usually on hand items get out of stock right away that’s why we start another batch of Pre ordered bag.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Fastrack and LBC are the couriers we use. Since both companies are partners, Fastrack will be in charge with the deliveries along Metro Manila and LBC for provincial areas.
Do You Ship Internationally?
For now, we only ship locally. We will try to export our products definitely soon. If ever you have suggested couriers where we can send it you abroad, shipping fees and taxes are to be shouldered by the buyer.
How much is the Shipping Fee?
Shipping Fee within Metro Manila is FREE for Austin Rucksacks, add Php100 for Provincial Rate.
For items other than the Austin Rucksack the shipping fees are as follows:
Metro Manila- Php60-Php75 (1 bag- 2 to 3 bags)
Provincial- Php150-Php200 (1 bag- 2 to 3 bags)
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You can pay using your credit cards via paypal, Bank Transfers: BDO, BPI, or through LBC.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Internet made shopping a more pleasant, cost-effective and friendly experience. However, buying online has its risks. Before purchasing products online, try to search for feedbacks either they are positive or negative.
Wear and Bare‘s transactions are all safe and secured. We are already DTI registered, recommended and featured by some bloggers, celebrities and websites.

ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
You can place an order by simply clicking the “Add to cart” button on each photo that are shown on our website. You may check our featured and best seller items on the Home page while all the products are under the “Shop” menu.
Once you are already done shopping, just go to “Checkout” menu, have your list of orders checked and fill out the information needed.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Cancellations of paid orders are not allowed. However, you may replace an item that has damage. Replacing of items because of color preferences or other related reasons is not allowed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You may place an order even without an account. You just have to fill out every information needed.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order/s are already shipped, we will contact you and provide you your tracking numbers. Tracking numbers can be found at www.fastrack.com.ph/track. Incase your shipment was handled by LBC, its tracking number will also be shown on Fastrack’s website.
